Following the conclusion of the first round of Carabao Cup matches tonight, three of London's Premier League teams will enter the draw to see who they will face in the next round of matches to take place on the w/c August 22.
Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal and West Ham all won't be in the draw due to their participation in European competition and will enter the competition formerly known as the League Cup in Round Three.
However, there is London representation, with Brentford, Crystal Palace and Fulham all taking their place in the draw alongside Championship side Watford, who also enter in round two.
The draw will take place at 10pm, with clubs being split into North and South sections in order to keep travel times acceptable for midweek fixtures.

Why Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham aren't in Carabao Cup 2nd round draw
A number of Premier League clubs will enter the Carabao Cup second-round, joining the first-round winners in addition to Watford and Burnley - but Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs are not among them.
However, Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham and West Ham will have to wait until the second-round ties take place on the week beginning August 22 to find out their opening Carabao Cup opponents. That is because they are among the seven top-flight clubs who are involved in European action in 2022/23 and therefore exempt from the competition until the third round.

Draw time
Clinton Morrison and Michael Gray will conduct the draw alongside host Mark Chapman following the conclusion of Sheffield Wednesday’s first-round tie against Sunderland. The fixture, a repeat of their 2021/22 League One play-off semi-final, kicks off at 7.45pm and is one of seven outstanding first-round match-ups. The draw is expected to take place around 10pm, but will be dependent on whether penalties are needed to separate the Black Cats and the Owls.
